Terms of Trade
Cancellations
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations within 24hours of arrival may incur a 1 night accommodation charge.
No-shows will be charged for the full stay.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in time is at 2.00pm. Guests arriving prior to this time can drop off their luggage for safekeeping.
Check-out time is 10.00am. Later check-outs may be possible but only by prior arrangement.
Payment
Payment for all accommodation must be in full on the day of departure. Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
Damage or Loss
Any damage or loss to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of the units. There are ashtrays supplied in courtyards and on balconies for your use. If you do smoke in any of the units then you will be charged for appropriate cleaning, damage and loss of income.
